Texas State Technical College Waco is approved for all chapters of Veterans Educational Benefits. The application & certification for these benefits can be obtained through TSTC's Certification Officer in Enrollment Services.

The Certification Officer's duty is to certify students for benefits after all paperwork is complete, and to report drops, withdrawals, and progress to the VA.

Prospective students apply for their benefits online at www.gibill.va.gov. After the VA processes this application they will mail an eligibility letter to the student. This letter needs to be presented to the Veterans Certification Officer along with a copy of the DD214 and an official copy of the military transcripts.
